About the role
Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Maintain the online ordering system
- Action inbound calls regarding various products and services
- Ensure smooth communication within the Customer Service team and other business areas
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar office-based customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
