Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and monitor appointments, visits, and completions to ensure adherence to deadlines
  • Liaise with clients and the wider team to provide project updates
  • Maintain daily contact with stakeholders via email and telephone
  • Ensure all relevant parties are informed of the latest project developments

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant administration experience
  • Experience in customer or third-party liaison
  • Understanding of stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar software
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Background in civils or utilities is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Planning role
  • Previous experience with Highways authorities
