About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and monitor appointments, visits, and completions to ensure adherence to deadlines
- Liaise with clients and the wider team to provide project updates
- Maintain daily contact with stakeholders via email and telephone
- Ensure all relevant parties are informed of the latest project developments
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant administration experience
- Experience in customer or third-party liaison
- Understanding of stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar software
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Background in civils or utilities is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Planning role
- Previous experience with Highways authorities
