About the role

Responsibilities

  • Complete appointment scheduling for Design Consultants in an efficient and detailed manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails to address client needs and inquiries
  • Greet showroom clients, assist with guestbook sign-ins, and offer refreshments
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization according to maintenance checklists
  • Perform administrative duties including social media support, warranty tasks, and clerical responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Manager with training and education for Design Consultants
  • Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed based on business volume

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in construction or home renovation
  • Experience working within a luxury brand environment is a plus
  • Proficiency with business systems such as CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, or Microsoft Office
  • Strong calendar management and regional scheduling skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, self-starting attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting from an accredited institution
