About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for all candidate enquiries and ensure timely follow-up
- Support candidates throughout their journey, providing an empathetic and reassuring experience
- Provide accurate, non-clinical information about products and implant solutions
- Attend local events to represent Cochlear and engage with the community
- Track all interactions in CRM systems and capture valuable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve candidate engagement and the Direct-to-Consumer platform
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluent in both Czech and English
- Advanced IT skills, including MS Office (Excel) and web-based collaboration tools
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on relationship or account management
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel up to 60% nationally and approximately 10-20% internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project-oriented work
- High level of emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage complex customer journeys
