Customer Journey Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service, support, and guidance to clients via chat, phone, and email
• Represent the company and product at the highest possible level
• Educate customers on best practices and how to use information to make informed market decisions
• Respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring full resolution and follow-up
• Stay up to date on the latest financial happenings and major market headlines
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of company workflows, policies, and tools

Requirements

• Valid work permit for full-time employment in Romania
• Near-native English proficiency (both written and verbal)
• Advanced knowledge of capital markets
• Mandatory proven experience in Forex and a solid understanding of market dynamics
• Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced computer skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in fast-paced or financial environments
• University or College degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
