About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial processes and gather business needs related to the Marketplace portal
- Translate product commercialization requirements into functional developments
- Act as a liaison between end-users and developers to communicate needs and track solutions
- Provide functional support and collaborate on resolving application incidents
- Identify platform failures or deviations and work with the development team to define solutions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize user experience and commercial processes
Requirements
- Student of Computer Science or Systems Engineering
- At least 50% of the degree completed with final exams passed
- Between 1.5 to 2 years of studies remaining
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of software development and programming
