About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new customers to ensure timely and successful deployment of the KnowBe4 platform.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Sales teams to design implementation plans tailored to specific customer goals.
  • Provide hands-on support during platform setup, configuration, and initial training sessions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure alignment with success milestones.
  • Document implementation steps and contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve processes.
  • Coordinate with technical support to resolve complex technical questions during the onboarding process.
  • Work with the existing customer base to integrate new products and features to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience and education.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security field.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Gmail, and Google Docs.
  • Experience in a Customer Success Manager role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior IT experience or technical exposure.
  • Basic technical understanding of the KnowBe4 platform.
