Relay Payments is a modern, digital payment network for the trucking and logistics industries. Founded in 2019, our Atlanta-based fintech includes more than 150 team members and provides secure, reliable over-the-road transactions for drivers, carriers, and truck stops nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic project kickoffs and maintain regular communication with 50+ clients to transition customers from onboarding to go-live
- Drive high platform engagement by monitoring account usage for administrators and drivers
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment during implementation
- Perform platform demos and act as a product expert to ensure client enablement
- Advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally and manage escalations to mitigate roadblocks
- Maintain Salesforce notes across all cases to ensure project management accountability
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in software implementation
- Proven project management experience with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Ability to build trust and accountability with a diverse client base
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to product enhancements
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and consultative skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to TMS solutions and their integrations
