Responsibilities

• Solve customer problems by understanding manufacturing operations and translating them into scalable AI solutions
• Own project management and coordination of customer integrations across various industries
• Build strategic collaborations with stakeholders in large industrial organizations, from the shop floor to C-level
• Work directly with major clients to ensure the platform delivers measurable results

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Management, or similar
• 3+ years of professional experience in automotive, tech, manufacturing, or consulting
• Solid knowledge of data science and AI in industrial contexts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Business-fluent in German and English
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate
