Customer (Hyperscalers) Program/Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of strategic customer programs, managing scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Align internal development timelines with customer expectations and proactively drive risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate volume ramp requirements with supply chain, manufacturing, and capacity planning teams.
• Manage the planning, forecasting, and delivery of engineering samples through the NPI process.
• Act as the central point of coordination across Product Management, Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Sales.
• Establish execution dashboards and KPIs to provide transparent status updates on schedule, quality, and supply.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program or product management within the semiconductor, power electronics, or infrastructure markets.
• Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and supply chain operations.
• Proven experience managing complex, high-visibility customer programs and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create structured execution dashboards.
