About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
- Enter client data accurately into the government system and ensure all records are complete and up to date
- Assist in processing service requests and applications
- Handle client inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain proper documentation and follow all standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Emirati nationality (UAE Nationals only)
- Female
- High school diploma or higher
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- No prior experience required
Benefits
