Customer Fleet Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor key customer satisfaction and gas turbine performance via reliability and availability KPIs
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and provide early recognition of potential business risks
• Advise product management teams on improving product reliability based on direct customer interactions
• Propose the development of new service offerings based on identified customer needs
• Present reliability and availability KPIs to key customers and Siemens Energy management on a regular basis
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to optimize customer systems and performance

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or service commercialization
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or an associated field
• Proficiency with Salesforce and project management tools
• Proven experience with risk management, resource management, and project timeline management
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's level education in energy systems or associated fields
• Experience within the Oil & Gas services business or Distributed Generation market
• Ability to communicate in more than one language
