Customer Facing SAP Engineer

About the Company

Nova Intelligence is building the frontier AI platform for SAP teams. Founded by AI researchers and the co-inventor of SAP HANA, Nova helps enterprise customers modernize legacy code, redesign business processes, and resolve production issues using advanced AI.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and prove value by owning POCs and enterprise deployments
• Configure Nova against customer systems and train users on the platform
• Act as the technical voice for SAP architects, development leads, and product owners
• Debug real problems in complex systems by reading code and traces
• Translate customer feedback and emergent use cases into product requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of serious SAP technical experience
• Fluent reading of ABAP and polyglot programming capabilities
• Informed opinions on AI tooling and frontier models
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical developers and executives
• Experience with S/4HANA migrations or Clean Core programs
• Experience in an early-stage startup or small consulting firm

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record of public technical output (writing, talks, or open-source)
• Side projects or experiments with AI or Agentic AI tooling
