Customer Facing Effectiveness Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Canada leaders and field forces to drive business growth through optimized resource deployment and commercial excellence.
• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales Leadership, Digital, Procurement, and Finance.
• Support the implementation of global policies and internal controls regarding field activity management, incentives, and customer segmentation.
• Track field effectiveness through KPIs and digital tools to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate on the co-building of transformation programs and the deployment of new commercial tools.
• Identify and collect local challenges and bottlenecks to improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in a Commercial Operations environment, specifically supporting field force operations.
• Strong project management background with a demonstrated ability to deliver results with urgency.
• Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field preferred).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with financial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating across diverse business units.
