Customer Experience Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery and administration across Tennis World Melbourne venues, including retail, café, memberships, and coaching areas.
• Promote a productive working environment and provide training, feedback, and support to front-of-house staff.
• Maintain high standards of facility management to ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate Tennis World Birthday Parties, managing staffing, court bookings, and communications.
• Assist with the administration of Tennis World Memberships and develop strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management.
• Strong operational and administrative skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to set priorities, plan work programs, and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• A current valid Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain them).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a barista or in a café environment.
