About the role
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers and resolve queries promptly
- Complete simple admin tasks quickly and accurately
- Handle escalations and complaints, working to resolve them as soon as possible
- Follow privacy and compliance rules in all customer interactions
- Identify patterns or common issues and share ideas to help fix them
- Support team members by sharing knowledge and helping others when needed
- Collaborate with other teams when extra help is needed
- Complete comprehensive training on life insurance, products, and systems
