Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, aiming to resolve queries on the spot
• Complete administrative tasks quickly and accurately
• Assist with escalations and complaints to ensure timely resolution
• Adhere to privacy and compliance rules during all customer interactions
• Identify and share patterns or common issues to help improve processes
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless support

Requirements

• A genuine passion for helping customers with a friendly, professional phone manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a collaborative team-player mindset
• Availability to work a rotating roster between 8am–7pm, Monday to Friday (NSW hours)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role
