About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily communication with customers to understand and meet their needs
- Manage customer delivery forecasts, purchase orders, and respond to inquiries
- Proactively monitor and follow up on the orderbook, quotations, and related activities
- Prepare accurate quotations and perform necessary follow-ups
- Drive digitalization initiatives to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
- Coordinate supply chain activities and delivery schedules
Requirements
- Previous experience working directly with customers in a service capacity
- Fluent in both English and Swedish
- University degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Very experienced user of SAP
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with digital tools
- Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data
- Organized, process-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
