About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily communication with customers to understand and meet their needs
  • Manage customer delivery forecasts, purchase orders, and respond to inquiries
  • Proactively monitor and follow up on the orderbook, quotations, and related activities
  • Prepare accurate quotations and perform necessary follow-ups
  • Drive digitalization initiatives to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Coordinate supply chain activities and delivery schedules

Requirements

  • Previous experience working directly with customers in a service capacity
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish
  • University degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Very experienced user of SAP
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with digital tools
  • Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data
  • Organized, process-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
