Responsibilities

  • Promote products through medical visits to doctors and pharmacies using technical-scientific expertise to drive prescriptions and market positioning.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic work plan to ensure adequate coverage and frequency of medical visits.
  • Manage promotional resources, including medical samples, digital tools, and materials, in compliance with internal policies and legal guidelines.
  • Report daily activities and analyze monthly performance audits to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in cycle meetings and organize scientific events, including in-person, hybrid, or digital formats.
  • Monitor and report on competitor strategic activities to support commercial decision-making.
  • Adhere to all company values, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, with a focus on road safety.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a sales representative (experience in Diabetes or Cardiovascular lines is preferred).
  • University degree in Nutrition, Chemical-Biological Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and related pathologies.
  • English language skills are desirable.
