About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by executing the Customer Journey & Experience strategy within the assigned area.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product information and brand messaging through physical and virtual omnichannel engagement.
  • Build dynamic customer profiles and segmentation based on digital habits to develop tailored engagement plans for key prescribers.
  • Orchestrate hybrid and omnichannel campaigns leveraging digital tools to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Implement and monitor individual customer journeys in collaboration with cross-functional teams and Centers of Excellence.
  • Maintain territory coverage plans and ensure customer information systems are up to date in compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (required).
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong digital and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital engagement platforms.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with a collaborative, agile mindset.
