Responsibilities

  • Own the frontline by handling tickets end to end and managing live chats during incidents
  • Improve the organization daily by spotting patterns, prototyping with AI support stacks, and partnering with engineers to resolve recurring issues
  • Turn manual, repetitive pain into systemic fixes in processes, AI agents, and self-serve experiences
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to translate customer needs into technical fixes
  • Act as the voice of the customer by surfacing product gaps and tracking adoption signals
  • Maintain a high standard for every customer interaction

Requirements

  • 1+ years in customer support, customer experience, or customer success
  • Tool-native mindset with comfort using dashboards, support tooling, SQL, or AI tools
  • Ability to work alongside engineers to describe bugs and reproduce issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong tone-reading abilities
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple live threads
  • A bias toward building systemic fixes rather than temporary band-aids

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sophisticated traders, institutional clients, or high-stakes power users
  • Domain context in prediction markets, sportsbooks, derivatives, or equities
  • Active trading experience
  • Experience improving support operations, automation, or AI support tooling
