About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face and voice of Opendoor, handling customer needs with integrity, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Guide customers through the home-buying and home-selling process by responding to questions and resolving issues.
  • Manage incoming calls and written communications from customers, agents, vendors, and partners.
  • Own difficult customer interactions and utilize de-escalation techniques to find solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams such as sales, pricing, and home operations.
  • Meet team performance goals including adherence, productivity, and CSAT scores.
  • Share customer insights with product teams to help improve the overall user experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to work 4 days a week in our Miami office (5505 Waterford District Drive).
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a bias towards action.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Previous experience or knowledge within the real estate industry.
