Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage visitors in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner to provide a 5-star experience
• Manage daily setup and teardown of banana stands, ensuring all items are organized and well-stocked
• Unload banana boxes, separate individual pieces, and remove packaging materials
• Maintain a clean and organized stand, including monitoring and emptying compost bins
• Track daily metrics using software, including distribution, compost, and carry-over data
• Monitor and report public comments, inquiries, and any security or emergency situations to leadership
• Perform monthly inventory counts and assist with the redistribution of bananas across locations as needed

Requirements

• GED or high school diploma
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficiency in MS Windows, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to lift and stack boxes up to 50 lbs. repetitively
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including temperatures below 40°F or above 90°F
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
