Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Find solutions for customers and ensure every interaction ends with a clear resolution
• Answer general inquiries and provide technical assistance via chat, phone, or email
• Support sales by suggesting appropriate products based on customer needs
• Monitor, research, and respond to industry forums
• Assist with website order verification to prevent credit card fraud
• Oversee shipping claims and process warranty claims

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
• 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Keen understanding of automotive cooling systems and car part functionality
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle phone, chat, and web pages simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and empathy skills
• Ability to diffuse frustrated customers with patience
• Great typing and professional English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools
