Responsibilities
- Find solutions for customers and ensure every interaction ends with a clear resolution
- Provide technical assistance and answer general inquiries via chat, phone, or email
- Support sales by suggesting appropriate products based on customer needs
- Monitor and respond to industry forums to address enthusiast concerns
- Assist with website order verification to prevent credit card fraud
- Oversee shipping and process warranty claims
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
- 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Keen understanding of automotive cooling systems and car part functionality
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle phone, chat, and web pages simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and empathy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet tools
- Professional English writing and verbal communication skills
