Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and answer general inquiries via chat, phone, or email
- Troubleshoot product installations and assist with product selection
- Support sales by suggesting appropriate products based on customer needs
- Monitor and respond to industry forums to address enthusiast concerns
- Assist with website order verification and fraud prevention
- Oversee shipping and warranty claims to ensure smooth resolutions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
- 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of automotive cooling systems and part functionality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask between phone, chat, and multiple web pages
