Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with ranchers via chat and phone to resolve issues quickly
- Troubleshoot technical issues using data, tools, and professional judgment
- Partner with technical teams to translate complex issues into actionable steps
- Analyze Support team data to identify patterns and provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate with Field, Onboarding, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Take full ownership of customer inquiries from initial contact to resolution
- Manage performance metrics including response times and satisfaction scores
- Visit ranches to observe Halter technology in action
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Deep understanding of the ranching industry
- Ability to learn complex technical systems and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity
- Ability to remain calm and steady under pressure
- Proactive attitude with a focus on ownership
- Collaborative mindset for working across different teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience digging through data to find insights
- Interest or experience in building AI agents to automate tasks
