About the role

About the Company

Abtrace is a health tech company based in London, with a team of doctors, researchers, developers and data scientists that bring together software engineering, machine learning expertise and medical experience to build clinical algorithms to support primary care clinicians.

Responsibilities

  • Guide GP practices through the onboarding process and maintain strong client relationships
  • Deliver effective user training sessions tailored to practice team members
  • Teach users how to build recall searches within the Abtrace software
  • Address issues promptly by collaborating with technical, product, and clinical teams
  • Track client usage data to maximize adoption and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Conduct renewal discussions using evidence-supported value propositions
  • Gather and relay user feedback and feature requests to the internal product team

Requirements

  • Experience in a GP practice setting or solid understanding of the NHS/healthcare system
  • Strong understanding of GP practice operations, workflows, and EMIS/SystmOne searches
  • Foundational understanding of recall for QOF, Locally Commissioned Services, and Medication Monitoring
  • Proven experience in relationship management or customer-facing roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and self-direction capabilities
