Customer Experience Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause diagnostics to analyze the end-to-end logistics flow for major sellers, identifying frictions and ensuring shipment quality to Full distribution centers.
• Act as a strategic consultant and trusted reference for platform sellers, using effective communication and persuasion to drive process improvements aligned with company vision.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by designing and automating BI dashboards to monitor performance KPIs and measure the impact of operational interventions.
• Serve as a key link between Operations, NPS, and Product teams to ensure seller feedback is translated into structural company improvements.
• Manage cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members to maintain a high standard of excellence and execution.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proficiency with database management tools such as SQL, Access, Teradata, or Google BigQuery.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis and strategic communication.
• Intermediate Spanish language skills.
• Experience in large-scale consulting is highly desirable.
