About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to Customer Experience and sales processes
- Identify areas for improvement and define action plans with dealerships
- Deliver coaching sessions and support regarding the Customer Journey and sales processes
- Prepare reports, analyses, and feedback on activities performed
Requirements
- University degree
- At least 2 years of field experience in the automotive sector
- Knowledge of Customer Journey and sales processes
- Strong analytical, thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of English
