About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to Customer Experience and sales processes
  • Identify areas for improvement and define action plans with dealerships
  • Deliver coaching sessions and support regarding the Customer Journey and sales processes
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and feedback on activities performed

Requirements

  • University degree
  • At least 2 years of field experience in the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of the Customer Journey and sales processes
  • Strong analytical, thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of English
