About the role
Responsibilities
- Review incoming leads from ServiceTitan, website, email, and phone
- Schedule sales appointments and assign leads to consultants
- Maintain the installation schedule for all sold jobs
- Confirm installation dates and communicate updates or delays to customers
- Verify permits are filed and schedule inspections
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors for upcoming installs
- Register equipment with manufacturers and track rebates/warranties
- Complete job costing paperwork and track progress in ServiceTitan
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in customer service, scheduling, or office coordination
- Experience working with sales, field technicians, and customers simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling software
- High attention to detail for permits, paperwork, and job costing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home services
- Experience using ServiceTitan
- Familiarity with permits, inspections, or manufacturer rebates
- Experience coordinating install crews or field teams
