Customer Experience Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class customer service to external stakeholders and internal business teams
• Explain workers’ compensation guidelines, requirements, and procedures
• Handle phone, chat, and email communications professionally
• Manage high volume administrative tasks including fax and email
• Provide administrative support to claims and underwriting staff
• Educate customers on company services and online options
• Process policy endorsements and electronic payments
• Meet call volume and team service goals
• Provide front desk coverage and support as needed

Requirements

• High School Degree or GED
• One year experience in high volume phone customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
• Ability to manage high volume customer interactions and meet KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Completion of a college degree
