Responsibilities
- Create a warm, welcoming environment and add joy to customers' lives
- Engage and connect with customers on the sales floor to share product stories
- Curate specific product collections tailored to individual customer needs
- Maintain and follow visual merchandising standards throughout the store
- Stay informed regarding new products, promotions, and company programs
- Contribute to a safe environment by following health and safety priorities
- Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Must have 5:00 AM availability
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to lift medium to large items up to 40 pounds using proper safety techniques
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
- Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred
