About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, welcoming environment and add joy to customers' lives
  • Engage and connect with customers on the sales floor to share product stories
  • Curate specific product collections tailored to individual customer needs
  • Maintain and follow visual merchandising standards throughout the store
  • Stay informed regarding new products, promotions, and company programs
  • Contribute to a safe environment by following health and safety priorities
  • Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Must have 5:00 AM availability
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Ability to lift medium to large items up to 40 pounds using proper safety techniques
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred
