Customer Experience Representative

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including opening or closing shifts
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, and process incoming merchandise
• Maintain merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store environment
• Engage and connect with customers on the sales floor to provide personalized recommendations
• Create a warm, welcoming, and joyful environment for all visitors
• Contribute to a safe work environment by following health and safety protocols
• Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift medium to large items up to 40 pounds using appropriate safety techniques
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn all aspects of store operations
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for positions in Québec
• Previous experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred but not required
