Customer Experience Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by receiving and processing orders via phone, email, and web platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, stock availability, order follow-up, and technical advice.
• Proactively support sales by proposing up-sell or cross-sell opportunities and assisting account executives with back-office activities.
• Coordinate logistics by identifying appropriate shipping methods and ensuring timely delivery commitments.
• Track pending shipping orders, process equipment rental requests, and communicate with dispatch for cylinder replenishment.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to identify process improvements and implement corrective measures.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience working in a call center environment.
• Proficiency with Ring Central, Google Suites, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and oral).
• Working knowledge of welding processes and/or products.
