About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via online chat, WhatsApp, phone, and email
- Resolve customer issues regarding order fulfillment, pricing, stock, and payments
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- File incident reports for customer issues and follow up until resolution
- Assist with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
- Investigate quality issues and customer complaints
- Monitor the preparation and delivery processes to detect potential issues
- Record actionable insights to improve service quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English; French is a plus
- Strong computer, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
