About the role

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via online chat, WhatsApp, phone, and email
  • Resolve customer issues regarding order fulfillment, pricing, stock, and payments
  • Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • File incident reports for customer issues and follow up until resolution
  • Assist with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
  • Investigate quality issues and customer complaints
  • Monitor the preparation and delivery processes to detect potential issues
  • Record actionable insights to improve service quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in English; French is a plus
  • Strong computer, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
