Customer Experience & Quality Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Structure and manage customer data using Excel to ensure high data quality
• Support the deployment and monitoring of the Medallia platform
• Assist European markets with Customer Experience initiatives and communication materials
• Contribute to the digitalization of the after-sales journey and workshop tools
• Analyze quality issues reported by markets and track corrective action plans
• Produce clear monthly reporting on quality and customer experience metrics
• Identify key skills needed for product evolutions and propose training solutions

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program (Business School, Engineering, or University)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent English (daily use in an international environment)
• Genuine interest in data analysis, customer experience, or quality management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills for working in a multicultural context
• Proactive mindset with a desire to propose new ideas and solutions
