About the role
Responsibilities
- Build the team through active recruiting, interviewing, and providing calibrated feedback
- Manage multiple team leaders and their respective teams to ensure seamless marketplace operations
- Set, monitor, and manage performance goals and KPIs for individuals and team leaders
- Coach, mentor, and develop team leaders to enhance leadership capabilities and engagement
- Oversee daily operations at scale, managing resources and adjusting allocation to meet SLAs
- Create, analyze, and present advanced reporting and data insights to senior leadership
- Address underperformance directly through coaching plans and formal action
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of people management or team lead experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Chartio, and Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience pulling and using data to influence decisions
- Strong talent for process improvement
- Ability to reside within 50 miles of Mexico City and work in the corporate office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech, restaurant, or logistics industries
- Familiarity with large, diverse customer support, operations, or sales organizations
- Experience using AI tools to increase productivity
