Customer Experience Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Support customers with merchandise sales, court bookings, and various tennis-related enquiries.
• Maintain front-of-house areas, including the pro shop and café, involving coffee making, food preparation, and stock control.
• Deliver administrative and customer service support for Tennis World tournaments, social leagues, and initiatives.
• Provide recommendations to support the overall wellbeing and commercial viability of Tennis World operations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service, preferably within the sport and leisure industry.
• Ability to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements.
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service or retail stock management.
• A passion for sport and community engagement.
