Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer requests and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Participate in continuous improvement of the customer experience by performing reporting for stores and headquarters
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and technical teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the implementation of projects aimed at improving the customer journey
Requirements
- Bac+2/3 degree in Customer Relations or Commerce
- Previous experience in Customer Experience, Customer Relations, or Sales
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with perfect mastery of grammar and syntax
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and charts
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
