Customer Experience Marketing Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Define market position through competitor analysis, customer insights, and market research
• Design and execute customer experience marketing programs, including innovation days and workshops
• Translate consumer insights and market trends into compelling customer narratives and value propositions
• Lead local and regional customer engagements and presentations for key accounts
• Drive go-to-market execution, product adoption, and sales enablement through tools and training
• Develop and deliver customer-facing materials such as presentations, demos, and webinars
• Lead and develop the CxM team across Africa, fostering a high-performance culture
• Establish clear KPIs, performance tracking, and regular reviews to ensure delivery excellence

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing marketing teams
• Proven ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies
• Strong ability to cross-collaborate with internal commercial, technical, and category teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead customer engagements
• Experience in driving go-to-market execution and sales enablement
