Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales by leading the sales floor and personally selling
• Coach and develop the team through associate observations and performance management
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand presentation excellence
• Manage labor hours and payroll to drive store profit and operational efficiency
• Support product launches, shipment processing, and floorset execution
• Demonstrate and lead company policies, procedures, and core values

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and stretching
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Proficiency with technology, including mobile devices, headsets, and computers
• Proven ability to link business results to team behaviors and actions
