Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales by leading the sales floor and personally selling
• Coach and develop the team through regular associate observations and feedback
• Manage performance and link business results to specific associate behaviors
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand presentation excellence
• Manage labor hours and payroll to drive store profitability
• Support operational tasks including shipment processing and product launches
• Lead and demonstrate company values to create an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive brand loyalty
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking action based on insights
• Experience selecting, developing, and managing direct reports
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to use retail technology such as headsets and mobile devices

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience
