About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences
  • Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members to drive top-line sales
  • Support selling, zoning, and team selling while modeling company values
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, merchandise availability, and overall brand presentation
  • Manage payroll/labor hours and support operational excellence
  • Partner with store leadership to execute floorsets, product launches, onboarding, and shipment processing

Requirements

  • Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to review business reports and act quickly on insights
  • Experience developing direct reports and building strong teams
  • Strong self-awareness, openness to feedback, and commitment to growth
  • Ability to influence partners and link strategy to daily execution
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, lift, and carry up to 40 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience
  • Experience driving customer loyalty and improving store performance
  • Comfort using technology such as headsets, mobile devices, and computers
