Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales by leading the sales floor and personally selling
• Coach and develop the team through regular associate observations and feedback
• Manage performance and link business results to specific associate behaviors
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand presentation excellence
• Manage labor hours and payroll to drive store profitability
• Support operational tasks including shipment processing, product launches, and floorset execution

Requirements

• Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive brand loyalty
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking deliberate action based on insights
• Experience selecting, developing, and inspiring a team to achieve results
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Proficiency in using retail technology such as headsets, mobile devices, and computers

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience
