About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive and grow top-line sales by leading the sales floor and personally selling
  • Coach and develop the team through associate observations and performance management
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand presentation excellence
  • Manage labor hours and payroll to drive store profit and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to execute brand actions and product launches
  • Support operational tasks including shipment processing and floorset execution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
  • Experience reviewing business reports and taking action on insights
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, or stretch
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand
  • Proven ability to develop direct reports and create high-performing environments
  • Experience influencing cross-functional partners in formal and informal settings
  • Proficiency with retail technology including headsets, mobile devices, and computers
