Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales by leading the sales floor and personally selling
• Coach and develop the team through associate observations and performance management
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand presentation excellence
• Manage labor hours and payroll to drive store profitability
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution of brand actions
• Support operational tasks including floorset mapping, product launches, and shipment processing

Requirements

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand
• Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive loyalty
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking deliberate action to achieve results
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 40 pounds
• Proficiency using retail technology such as headsets and mobile devices

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience
