Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales by leading the sales floor and personally selling
• Coach and develop the team through regular observations and performance management
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand presentation excellence
• Manage labor hours and payroll to drive store profitability
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to execute brand actions and product launches
• Support operational tasks including shipment processing and floorset execution

Requirements

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand
• Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive loyalty
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking action based on insights
• Experience in selecting, developing, and inspiring direct reports
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Proficiency with retail technology such as headsets and mobile devices

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience
