Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales by leading the sales floor and personally selling
• Coach and develop the team through associate observations and performance management
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand presentation excellence
• Manage labor hours and payroll to drive profitability and operational excellence
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to execute brand actions and product launches
• Support shipment processing, onboarding, and floorset execution

Requirements

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking action on insights
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending or kneeling
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
